Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery across Europe typically takes 2-6 working days depending on your location.
We deliver to most European countries from EU fulfilment centres. Delivery times vary slightly depending on the destination.
Currently we focus primarily on deliveries within Europe. Availability for other regions may vary.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime by logging in to Your Member's Vault.
Orders are dispatched from EU fulfilment centres, so deliveries within the EU are not subject to additional import duties. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
The courier will usually leave a calling card or notification with instructions to reschedule or collect your parcel. You can also manage your delivery directly with the courier using the tracking link in your email.

Orders begin processing quickly, so changes are not always possible. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
Browse our collections, choose your fragrance, and add it to your basket. Follow the checkout steps to complete payment and confirm your order.
Yes. You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a dispatch email with tracking once it ships. If you can't find them, please check your spam or promotions folder.
You can check out as a guest, but creating a free account (Your Member's Vault) lets you track orders, manage returns, and earn rewards on qualifying purchases.

Returns
Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. You can start and track a return by logging in to Your Member's Vault.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost. Approved returns should be sent using tracked shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it has been processed.
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Revolut Pay, Klarna, iDEAL and Pay in 3. Available payment methods may vary depending on your order location and are shown at checkout.
Yes. Where available for your location, you can split your payment using Klarna or Pay in 3 at checkout. Eligibility and terms are shown during payment.
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Products
Yes. Every fragrance we sell is 100% genuine, sourced from authorised distributors and trusted suppliers. We never sell imitations or counterfeits.
Fragrance products typically do not include a manufacturer warranty. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty we will arrange a replacement or refund.
To keep a fragrance at its best, store it away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. A cool, dark place rather than a bathroom helps preserve the scent for longer.
Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration of fragrance oils, so it is richer and lasts longer on the skin. Eau de Toilette (EDT) is lighter and fresher, often better for daytime or warmer weather.

Discounts
Yes. Verified students get 20% off, and verified graduates and healthcare workers get 10% off eligible full-price items. Verification is handled securely through Beans iD.
Choose your discount on our discounts page and complete verification through Beans iD. Once verified, you'll receive a code to use at checkout.
Discounts apply to eligible full-price items only. They cannot be used on items already on sale, gift cards, or excluded products.
No. Verified discount codes cannot be combined with reward codes, promotions, or other discount codes. Only one code can be used per order.

Codes are usually single use and non-transferable unless stated otherwise during verification.

Member's Vault Rewards
Member's Vault Rewards is our loyalty program for account holders. It lets you earn points on qualifying paid orders and redeem those points for reward discounts on future purchases.
You earn 1 point for every €1 spent on qualifying paid orders placed through our website. Points are calculated on the total paid order amount, including product price, taxes, and shipping charges.
If you pay in a currency other than euro (€), your qualifying paid order amount is converted into euro for points calculation. Final points are awarded using the euro-equivalent amount recorded by our systems or payment provider when the order is processed.
Once you have enough points, you can redeem them through Your Member's Vault. Available reward options are currently 100 points = €5, 200 points = €12, and 300 points = €20.
When you redeem points, a reward discount code is created in Your Member's Vault for use on a future order. Reward codes are linked to the account that redeemed the points and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Favourite Brand reward lets you choose a brand in Your Member's Vault and receive a reward linked to that brand. It is designed for use on eligible products from your selected brand.
Once your favourite brand is selected, the reward is tied to that brand and works only on eligible products linked to it. It is account-specific and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Yes. Your favourite brand can be changed once every 12 months. If you change it, any existing favourite brand reward linked to the previous brand may be replaced or removed.
The birthday reward is a special account reward available to eligible customers who have saved a valid date of birth in Your Member's Vault.
To qualify, you need an active customer account and a valid date of birth saved to Your Member's Vault. Your account must also meet the normal eligibility rules for the reward, including having at least one qualifying paid order where required.
Birthday details are locked after they are added. This helps protect the reward system and prevent abuse.
The birthday reward is limited to once per calendar year.
Yes. Promotional and account-based rewards can have different expiry periods from standard points rewards. You can view the status and expiry of your available rewards in Your Member's Vault.
No. Only one loyalty reward code can be used per order, and it cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Standard points-redemption reward codes are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued. Birthday and other account-based rewards may have different validity periods depending on the reward type.
Yes. A customer account can hold a maximum of 3 active rewards at one time unless a specific reward type is handled differently. If you already have 3 active rewards, you may need to use, lose, or remove one before receiving or redeeming another.
If an order is refunded, cancelled, reversed, or otherwise not successfully completed, the points linked to that order may be removed or adjusted. If a refund happens after rewards were redeemed but not yet used, unused rewards may also be cancelled or adjusted where necessary.
