What can be returned

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be submitted through your account.
  • Approved returns must be sent using tracked shipping.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue where possible.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping where applicable.

Non-returnable items

Item Reason
Opened fragrances Hygiene-sealed products cannot be returned once opened.
Samples, decants, and tester vials These items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Hazardous goods Some items cannot be returned due to shipping restrictions.
